From the first time he set foot on stage at the Children’s Theatre Company at age four, Minneapolis-native Joseph Papke has been in love with the theater.  Since completing his undergraduate theater degree at Moorhead State, he has worked as a professional actor and dialect coach at some of the best theaters in the Twin Cities including Park Square Theatre, Mixed Blood Theatre, Penumbra Theatre, Theatre Pro Rata, Actors Theatre of MN, and many others.  As an educator, he has taught theater skills at Youth Performance Company, Normandale Community College, Faribault High School, Edina High School, and the Guthrie Theater’s Learning Center.  In 2007 he earned his Master of Fine Arts from The Shakespeare Theatre Company’s Academy for Classical Acting at George Washington University in Washington, DC.  Now settled back home in the Twin Cities, Joseph enjoys being a member of a thriving artistic community.
